Industry Experience
Director of Technology
As the Directory of Technology at the largest private school in Lexington, he raised the bar for classroom instruction by placing SMARTboards® in every classroom when it was still uncommon to have a single SMARTboard® in a school. He worked together with teachers to improve classroom instruction with technology and provided the tools they needed to help students learn in the 21st century. He virtualized servers and modernized the network infrastructure while maintaining minimal budget increases over his 5-year tenure.
Chief Technology Officer
In 2016, he started an IT managed services company with two partners in a joint business venture. He built and maintained the infrastructure for providing security and top shelf IT support for many small and medium sized businesses in Lexington. As the Chief Technology Officer, he was responsible for resolving the most difficult and complicated issues and managed a high-quality service desk that held customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores of 95% or better.
Owner + Founder
Now, venturing on his own, he started North Star Networks to provide high quality support and top-level expertise that has been his standard throughout his career. North Star Networks has the knowledge and experience to bring real peace of mind for business owners who rely on technology for their business.
